1. General Return & Refund Policy

• No Returns on Most Products:
  As a general rule, we do not accept returns on most products once they have been delivered to you. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Mobile Phone Returns

• New Mobiles:
  New mobile phones sold by Mahaveer Communication are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which must be processed through the official service center of the respective brand.

  • If you encounter any issues with a new mobile, please contact the brand’s authorized service center for warranty claims and assistance.

• Second-Hand Mobiles:
  Second-hand or pre-owned mobile phones come with a 7-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Return/Replacement Period: You can request a return or replacement if the mobile phone has defects, but this must be done within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns or issue replacements for second-hand mobiles.

3. Warranty for Other Products (Accessories, etc.)

• Other Products:

  • For accessories (such as chargers, earphones, etc.) and other products, warranty or replacement is subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.

  • If a product is faulty within its warranty period, we will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer for a replacement or repair.

  • For products that are defective upon delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

4. Return & Refund Process

• Initiating a Return:

  • If your product is eligible for return or replacement, please contact us within the relevant return period (7 days for second-hand mobiles or faulty items) at contact@mahaveerprintech.in.

  • Provide your order details, including the product in question and the reason for the return.

• Refunds:

  • If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once the return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• Non-Returnable Items:
  The following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used mobile phones (unless defective within the 7-day second-hand mobile warranty).

  • Products that are damaged by misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling.

  • Items not purchased from Mahaveer Communication or items bought from unauthorized third-party sellers.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• Damaged During Delivery:
  If the product is damaged during transit or delivery, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assist in arranging for a replacement or refund.

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damage for verification.

• Defective Items:
  If an item is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. The defective item will be inspected before the refund or replacement is processed.

6. Shipping Charges for Returns

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • For items that are returned due to defects or damage (and are eligible for a refund or replacement), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., if you change your mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

• Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund.
